Position: Line Cook - Full Time
Department: Food & Beverage
TC’s Pub + Garden Court Restaurant
Hours Per Week: 30-40
Hourly Rate of Pay: As per collective agreement

Requirements:
- Valid Food Safe certificate required
- Minimum 1-2 years line cook / prep cook experience required
- Flexible shift times available
- Must be willing to work Nights/Mornings
- Weekdays & Weekends as per business requirements

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces
- Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage

Position: Server
Department: Food & Beverage - TC’s Pub
Hours Per Week: 20-40 (2 shifts)
Hourly Rate of Pay: As per collective agreement

Requirements / details:
- Must posses valid serving it right certification
- Knowledge of Squirrel POS system an asset, but willing to train
- Potential for Bartending shifts if necessary/available
- Confidence in opening and closing procedures, inventory counts, floats etc, an asset
- Training will be provided

Position: Server
Department: Garden Court Restaurant + Banquets
Hours Per Week: 20-40
Hourly Rate of Pay: As per collective agreement

*Accommodation Available for suitable candidates*

Requirements / details:
- Must posses valid serving it right certification
- Will be required to work daytime shifts most often, will need to work nights/early morning shifts on occasion as well
- Experience an asset but willing to train
- Job duties may include banquet room setup and tear-down, some heavy lifting may be required
- General basic serving abilities, knowledge of Squirrel P.O.S. system an asset
